• Brewery / Brite Tank: 0.05–0.20 g/L cold-side (bench first; scale to sensory target).
• Haze note: A light natural haze is normal with real extracts

EXAMPLE USE CASE: MAKE YOUR OWN REAL FRUIT ORANGE SPARKLING WATER (FRONT-OF-HOUSE RECIPE)

1. Add 1 g Molecular Concentrate powder to a 16 oz (473 ml) bar bottle → fill with still water → cap & shake.
2. Service: 1 oz over ice → top with soda.
