USE RATES

  • Sparkling Water: 0.05–0.10 g per 12–16 oz finished beverage (adjust to taste).
  • Brewery / Brite Tank: 0.05–0.20 g/L cold-side (bench first; scale to sensory target).
  • Haze note: A light natural haze is normal with real extracts
